Shipping policy

At NUDEON, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹319. For orders below ₹319, shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

After shipping, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to track your order.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like courier delays, weather conditions or high order volume. NUDEON is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

In case of failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us (RTO). Re-shipping may require additional charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected orders. Please ensure availability to receive the order. Repeated order rejections may lead to COD restrictions in future.
